ROCR 1.1

ROCR is a software tool used to create ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curves, precision/recall plots, lift charts, cost curves, and custom curves. It allows users to freely select one performance measure for the x axis and one for the y axis, and can handle data from cross-validation or bootstrapping. Curve averaging, standard error bars, box plots, and curves that are color-coded by cutoff can also be included. It is tightly integrated with Rs plotting facilities, making it easy to adjust plots or to combine multiple plots. It is fully customizable and easy to use.
